An email address is required for the application.
We will contact you with detailed information via email. If you have not received the email, there is a possibility it could have been directed to your spam folder, so we would appreciate it if you could check there. -
Identification
You can sign the contract using a residence certificate or a passport. Additionally, if you contract using a passport, a supplementary document to verify your address will be required.

Please prepare the necessary documents and apply through the signup page. The procedure is as follows:

Email Address Verification
Enter your information in the application form on the signup page and send it. Once the application is complete, a confirmation email will be sent.

Submission of Required Documents
The confirmation email will include a link to the document submission form. Please submit the necessary documents through the link to complete your application.
※Documents containing the applicant's name, address, and date of birth are required, and they must match the information registered with Ometenashi Mobile. Please upload clear images of both sides of the documents. Otherwise, we cannot process your application.
※By law, voice SIM cards must be sent to the person named on the card only. The SIM card can only be delivered to the address listed on the proof of address document.
※Normally, a residence card with the current address is sufficient.
※If you wish to pick up at our office upon arrival, you can do so by presenting your passport only (no address proof required).

The following are accepted:
- Residence Card: Must be within the validity period and have the current address listed.
※ Please update your address on your residence card. You can register your current address at the city hall, as described on the government's page. - Passport + Utility Bill (Proof of Address): The passport must be within its validity period. The utility bill should have your address listed and be issued within 3 months, showing the current address.
※ Only electricity, city gas, and water bills are accepted (receipts for propane gas, etc., are not accepted). If you wish to pick up at the airport (or our office) upon arrival, no address proof is needed. - Japanese Driver's License: Must be within the validity period and issued by the prefectural public safety commission. International driving permits or driving licenses from your own country are not accepted.
- Residence Card: Must be within the validity period and have the current address listed.
About Delivery
- The SIM card will be sent to the address on the identity document provided with your contract.
- Shipping is done via Yamato Transport and is limited to the addressee only. Furthermore, it will be dispatched to arrive within 3 to 5 days after payment completion.
About Setup
- The SIM card will automatically activate when inserted into your mobile phone. To establish an internet connection, please also set the APN from the settings. The APN (Access Point Name) settings can be found in the APN settings section./li>
